StaffCo offers an ACA compliant health insurance plan. Employees are eligible to enroll upon hire and for 30 days from the date of hire. Employees are also able to enroll during the annual open enrollment period.

Employees may be eligible for holiday pay upon completion of 1200 hours of work within the calendar year.
Employees may be eligible for vacation pay upon completion of 1950 hours of work within the calendar year.
StaffCo offers a 401(k) plan to employees. Employees at least 21 years of age are eligible for enrollment three months from the date of hire.
