As of 2020, the management staff has over 25 years of staffing experience.
Full-time staff personnel have a minimum of two years post-secondary education with most positions requiring a bachelor’s or graduate degree.
All full-time staff personnel are Certified Temporary Staffing Specialists (CTS). Staff personnel must complete a StaffCo sponsored seven-week study program and successfully pass a 150 question, four-hour examination administered by the National Association of Personnel Services to receive the CTS designation. The CTS designation ensures our staff is knowledgeable about federal employment laws and regulations as well as industry professional and ethical standards.
2001: Founded in Savannah, GA by current President and CEO, Paul Day.
2002: Charleston, SC branch opened.
